**Overview**

We are looking for an experience and professional individual to take on this exciting new role. The main responsibility of this role will be to manage all day-to-day admin within the department. The role will cover both ATG Global and ATG Sourcing administration.

ATG is a global sourcing specialist that partners and works with manufacturers of commodities in China, India and South East Asia. We supply parts and components to Original Equipment Manufacturers direct from our overseas factories to our customers wherever they are in the world.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the delivery of ATG production schedules, whilst balancing manufacturing and supply chain constraint issues. Participate in sales and operational planning processes to align forecasts and orders with inbound product.
- Complete order administration including date management, price, RFQ management, freight order, purchase requisitions and orderbook management.
- Update supplier/customer pricelists and ensure data integrity with regards to parts vs. suppliers/customers.
- Performing data entry roles, including updating records and databases on the ERP system SageX3.
- Manage files and company records.

**Requirements**:

- Strong oral & written communication skills, with the ability to explain information in a clear and comprehensive way.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to establish and monitor policies and guidelines.
- 1-2 years’ experience within an office environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically having a strong ability in using Excel.
- Experience of an ERP/MRP system preferable.
- Willingness to learn new processes and skills.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Capture and interrogate data.
