Theatre Practitioner/ODP - Anaesthetics

The post holder will be working as part of the Operating Department team, within the anaesthetic and recovery teams, with the aim of providing the highest standard of patient care by ensuring a safe, caring and efficient service within the department.

You will assist in the preparation of anaesthetic and theatre equipment required for surgical procedures, using relevant guidelines and instructions.

You will ensure the safe custody and administration of drugs in accordance with established hospital policies and law.

Specialties:

- General SurgeryOrthopaedics
- Gynecology

This role would be ideal for anyone who desires a better work-life balance, the rota is 5 days a week which include Early and Late shifts only, with some on-call participation.

Skills & Experience:

- Previous Theatre experience in anaesthetics and recovery
- Positive and flexible attitude
