Theatre Practitioner
Based in London, Woodston Personnel UK is recruiting for a Theatre Practitioner, to join a world-renowned company on a permanent basis, with a salary of 34,000 per annum.
This job will involve being accountable for delivering care to patients within the operating room and inciting knowledge to junior staff members.
The state of the art hospital is in a beautiful setting, with close linked to central London. The hospital is charity funded, with some of the world's top surgeons.
It is essential the candidate is NMC registered with great communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Responsibilities:
Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the patient's condition while maintaining privacy and dignity of all patients
Monitoring patient care and treatment, maintaining high standards and quality at all times
Prioritise patient care and alert senior staff immediately if required
Maintains accurate written records of care
Communicate effectively with all levels of staff including the multidisciplinary team, patients and relatives
Mentor and develop junior members of staff
