We are looking for a part time receptionist to join our team.
As a receptionist your responsibilities will consist of booking appointments, preparing the clinics, updating the records, organising the recall systems, maintaining a clean workspace and other admin duties. In time you will also be trained in more customer facing dispensing jobs too, such as frame selection, replenishing frame stocks, and how to dispense basic lenses, undertake frame repairs, and check in spectacles.
You will be joining a team of individuals that have a genuine passion for their work. How we make our patients feel is just as important as what we do. We want our patients to feel welcomed, informed and delighted. This helps our team to provide the best possible service every day to our patients.
