Our hotel is a charming and peaceful retreat nestled just outside the picturesque village of Oulton, conveniently located 4 miles from the vibrant Leeds City Centre. For our guests' convenience, the nearest bus stop, Rothwell Leisure Centre, is conveniently situated directly opposite the hotel, a mere 2 minutes' walk away. Guests can catch buses 189 to Wakefield, 410 to Pontefract, and 168 to Castleford, all making stops in Leeds.

This is a part time position of 16 hours per week.
The Guest Services Assistant plays a crucial role on Our Hotel Team as they are often the primary point of contact for guests from start to finish. As a Guest Service Assistant, your focus will be on providing outstanding customer service with a friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient approach. Your goal will be to create unforgettable experiences for our guests by ensuring their needs are met and they have a memorable stay at our hotel.

**Role in our Family**:
When working as a Breakfast Service Guest Services Assistant, you will be the person in charge for the guest journey during our guest’s stay.

You will also;
- Prepare and serve breakfast items in accordance with hotel standards and hygiene regulations
- Assist with light cooking duties such as heating food for buffet service
- Set up, monitor, and replenish buffet stations throughout breakfast service
- Clear and clean tables promptly to maintain a tidy and welcoming dining area
- Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, responding to any requests or queries
- Ensure all food preparation and service areas are kept clean and well-stocked
- Assist with restocking kitchen supplies and carrying out basic food prep tasks
