We are now recruiting for a full time Payroll Administrator to join us at our Head Office in Ipswich. This position will be working Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm, we also offer hybrid working. **Main Duties**: - Prepare weekly & monthly payroll from timesheet to bureau submission ensuring all time frames are met. - Understanding of PAYE, SSP and Auto enrolment for pension - Process in year and year end payments and deductions for statutory and contractual obligations for employees through payroll. - Payroll Benefits in Kind. - Administer Auto enrolment and the ‘Peoples Partnership’ pension scheme - Create payroll reports, journals & complete regular reconciliations. - Process & pay over deductions to statutory and non-statutory bodies. - Prepare and provide statistical and/or salary information as and when required. - Work very closely with the HR team - Assist auditors with their enquiries. **Are you the person we are looking for?** You will be thorough and pay attention to detail and accuracy, with a desire for getting things right the first time, all the time A "can do" attitude, with a flexible approach to change, and a desire to learn new skills and systems Excellent administration skills with sound knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook.
