**Job Overview**
As a **Sip and Paint / Crafty Events Host**, you'll be the heart and soul of our creative workshops. Your main role is to lead guests through a fun, step-by-step painting or craft project while making sure everyone feels relaxed and has a fantastic time. This isn't just about art - it's about creating a fun, social experience. We're looking for someone with a vibrant personality who can confidently guide a group and get the party started
**Duties**
- **Lead** guests through a painting or craft activity from start to finish.
- **Engage** with guests, making sure they feel welcome and are having a great time.
- **Set up** the event space, including art supplies, easels, and canvases.
- **Pack down** all materials neatly after the event.
- **Answer** guest questions and provide friendly, helpful support.
- **Create** a lively and encouraging atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable and creative.

**Hours and Compensation**
To begin with, we would expect a commitment of 1 to 2 events per week. Each event will last approximately 2 to 2.5 hours, so the total hours required per event will be no more than 3 hours. Each event night (3 hours) will be compensated at a rate of between £100 and £150.
