- Providing quotes and pricing for jobs
- Source materials, ensuring effectiveness ad value for money
- Raising POs for materials and equipment
- Chase materials from suppliers
- Manage van stock
- Ordering new vans where required - making sure the fleet is kept up to date with MOT, insurance and servicing
- Arrange repairs on vans

Experience
- Organised with good time management skills
- Previous administration experience, ideally with some invoicing/purchasing experience
- Numerate
- Good IT skills
