**THE COMPANY**
Equilaw Ltd operates a national service within the equity release sector providing independent expert legal advice to those wishing to release equity from their home. Equilaw is recognised for its outstanding performance and delivery in the Equity Release market.
**Responsibilities for Receptionist**
Include, but are not limited to the following:
- Answering in-bound telephone calls from clients and introducers in a welcoming and professional manner, giving information or directing calls to the relevant teams.
- To meet and greet clients in a welcoming manner and being ‘the face’ of Equilaw providing an efficient and professional service.
- To manage the reception area, always maintaining a clean and tidy work area and ensure meeting rooms are managed effectively in accordance with the meeting room diary.
- To keep a log of all visitors, issuing passes as well as receiving deliveries, ensuring they are distributed to the relevant person quickly and efficiently
- Administrative duties as needed, such as filing, photocopying and scanning.
**ESSENTIAL CRITERIA**
- Hold GCSE Maths and English grade A-C
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Experience using Word, Excel and Outlook
- Previous experience working within an office environment
**DESIRABLE CRITERIA**
- Previous reception experience

- Diligent and methodical - excellent attention to detail

**HOURS**
- Full-time (Monday - Friday 8.30am-5:00pm, 37.5 hours per week)
