Leading the team to achieve corporate objectives

Coordinating the management team to develop and implement the business plan

Ensure compliance with regulatory obligations

Operating in line with franchise standards

Coaching and mentoring the team

Delivering exceptional customer experience

Effective communication within the business

Operation of the company HR policy and procedures

**Required Criteria**
- 3 years management experience
- Ability to influence and drive team performance
- Passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Coaching abilities
- Sound commercial awareness and decision making
- Proven track record of financial management

**Desired Criteria**
- Automotive Franchise experience
- Sound understanding of marketing principles
- Experience delivering a compliant process
