**About Us**

From our headquarters in Newtown, we serve customers across the UK and globally, delivering exceptional service and world-class security solutions. We are now looking for a dedicated **UK Customer Service Support** team member to join us.

**The Role**
As part of our Sales and Customer Service team, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers — ensuring enquiries, orders, and account management are handled quickly, accurately, and with the highest standard of service.You will:

- Process customer orders accurately and on time
- Support account managers with updates, reports, and customer onboarding
- Manage returns, credits, and special orders fairly and efficiently
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track customer interactions
- Provide proactive support and advice to customers regarding deliveries, rebookings, and product queries
- Report daily sales, returns, and discrepancies, ensuring accurate data and fair resolutions

- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines
- Previous experience in a customer service, order processing, or sales support role (desirable but not essential)
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a positive team attitude
