**Job Type**: Permanent

**Hours**: Various Shifts Monday to friday and 4 On 4 Off

**Salary**: £26,000

**Responsibilities**:

- To allocate all planned maintenance work to Field Engineers which ensures that work is programmed to optimise Field Engineers productivity, within specified geographic.
- To work closely with technical specialists ensuring jobs have been sent for field enabling and we have all the required equipment and information to complete works.
- To ensure field engineers are planned efficiently to a high standard to work towards the completion of jobs to help the team achieve monthly & yearly targets.
- To liaise and communicate regularly with the field engineers and field management teams to ensure completion of work.
- To allocate work and meet all traffic management and permit requirements for a geographic area. Zero fines attributed to the allocation of work.
- To escalate operational and customer difficulties to the Planning Manager in a timely manner, which enables solutions.
- Manage appointments made via CGS procedures and ensure that customers are kept updated and that engineers attend as agreed.
- To ensure call handling and GDPR are adhered to at all times and inbound & outbound phone calls are handled within the agreed time frame to help drive customer satisfaction.
- Take responsibility and ownership for your planned works, prioritising work and ensuring legacy jobs are completed within target months.

**Experience not required but favourable**:

- Efficient in Microsoft office/Google sheets
- Proficient in Management systems
- Customer service skills
