**Recruitment Coordinator - Homebased**

**Opportunity**:
Your role as a Recruitment Coordinator based working from home will involve:

- Scheduling and confirming interviews, booking meeting rooms, arranging travel and any supporting logistics before or on the day of interviews (technology, refreshments, interview materials).
- Initiating and managing requests for Purchase Order (PO) generation including reconciling invoices and PO numbers to help track Talent Acquisition expenditure and ensure timely payment to suppliers.
- Accountable for timely review of new requisitions for accuracy, completeness and prompt allocation to the relevant recruiter.
- Providing system support to Hiring Managers and Recruiters as required and act as a Subject Matter Expert on Workday Recruiting and recruiting processes.

This is a 12 months contract which the client will review for a possible extension however everything is dependent on the individual and business performance. This is a role working from home and travelling to the company site as and when needed. The hourlyPAYE rate is £11.52.

**Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Ideally experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and online administrative tools.
- Proven expertise with complex and high-volume scheduling.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experienced user of MS packages (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
