Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee the daily operations of a busy help desk.
- Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, booking in relevant response teams to solve problems.
- Keep a close eye on help desk performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain help desk procedures, documentation, and knowledge base articles.
- Collaborate with other teams within the business to ensure the best customer service.
- Monitor and maintain network administration tasks, including user accounts, security settings, and backups
- Coordinate with vendors for equipment repairs or replacements

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Helpdesk admin or similar role
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information effectively
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with CRM system and Excel spreadsheets is highly sought after.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
