Implementation Specialist

**Implementation Specialist**
The Professional Services team is looking for a full-time Implementation Specialist. You will support multiple concurrent projects implementing and onboarding clients to our platform. You will work with other team members establishing a positive relationship and enabling customer success by educating customers on what is needed for a successful implementation and launch.

**What you will be doing**:

- Participate in client facing kick off sessions to educate clients on the implementation methodology, and work with required client inputs over the course of the project.
- Help prepare project artifacts, such as implementation documents and handoff documents.
- Set up and configuring of solutions and portals in accordance with client requirements.
- Manage and manipulate data provided by clients for program implementation
- Performing quality assurance on projects
- Participates in regular project discussions with customers and project teams to review work plans, risks, actions, issues, and decisions to drive projects to completion. Escalates issues to leadership for timely resolution.
- Delivers client-facing training sessions, and updates training materials as required (including documents, slide shows, videos, etc.)
- Participates in deliverable acceptance process with the client ensuring appropriate approvals are obtained over the life of the project. Facilitates pre-launch assessment to determine launch readiness.
- Collects customer and peer feedback to gauge success of the project and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborates with sales and pre-sales teams to inform project approaches.
- Supports the development of processes and tools that reduce the amount of time required deliver solutions.
- Product Expertise
- staying abreast of product changes or and keeping relevant documentation.

Sample Deliverables: project plan, project status reports, issue tracking, training sessions, environment set up, software configuration, testing, status meetings, requirements tracking, client presentations, report set up, hand off documents, internal and client facing working sessions

**Skills and Experience**
- Prior experience implementing software for internal or external customers
- Excellent working knowledge of Excel (Index Match, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc)
- Experience with various coding languages (JSON,.LESS, html, SQL)
- Experience working for a SaaS software company.
- Technical aptitude and proven attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with a record of building client relationships.
- Increased hours during implementation peak times are expected.
