**Customer Support Co-Ordinator**

**Office based role in Hitchin**

**Salary - £25,000 per annum**

**Permanent, Full time position**

**Working hours - Monday to Friday: 8.30am-5pm with an hour for lunch**

A successful Entrance Systems company are looking for a motivated, friendly individual to join their growing, closely knit Customer Service team.

Your duties:

- Processing orders of door hardware, ironmongery & automatic door operators for our customers, on the SAP system
- Being the first point of contact for any product-related queries from our approved distributors, and supporting enquiries from start to finish
- Processing customer returns, logging onto system, and ensuring credits are issued accordingly
- Investigating customer invoice queries, including late deliveries, missing parts, and incorrect orders
- Creating and maintaining customer master data in the Salesforce CRM system
- Work to KPI targets on a monthly basis
- Building great relationships with the team, sharing knowledge and tips to help create a collaborative team environment
- Previous experience of carrying out tasks such as processing orders and returns
- Be able to evidence examples of taking ownership of customer queries and ensuring all queries are followed up and dealt with in a timely manner
- Experience of dealing with high volume inbound calls
- Excellent communication skills to be able to answer queries, but also explain product functionality and suitability to customers (Product training will be provided)
- Experience of delivering excellent customer service both written and verbally
- A knowledge of SAP would be a distinct advantage or a similar CRM system
- Technical mindset with a great attention to detail
