**The Role**

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our friendly team here in St Helens. We will provide you with all the training needed for this position, so what you lack in experience you need to make up for in enthusiasm, reliability and a can do attitude. Becauseit's a small but busy branch, it offers a good level of variety, as you will have a balanced mix, working on the sales counter, assisting throughout the stores / warehouse and lots of customer service.

**What will I be doing in this role?**

The Customer Service Advisor Yard role is a key role within this branch, from dealing with customer enquiries, working on the trade counter, managing the stock levels and ordering essential items, unloading deliveries right through to stacking shelves.

Key day to day duties include:

- Checking customer details on out system
- Printing delivery notes / checking orders
- Serving customers
- Stock replenishment
- General retail duties
- Keeping the yard tidy and safe
