As our **Senior Quality Officer**, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring excellence across our ASF and Skills Bootcamp programmes, while supporting quality improvement across all Education & Training provision.

Your mission: to lead on quality assurance, drive continuous improvement, and ensure we meet and exceed internal and external standards, with a clear focus on achieving Ofsted standards and beyond.

**Your impact**:
As Senior Quality Officer, you’ll be the guardian of quality at Get Set UK. You’ll develop, implement, and monitor quality improvement plans, lead on IQA and EQA activity, and support curriculum development to meet both learner needs and labour market demands.

Your leadership will help create a culture of high performance, compliance, and learner success, making a real difference to our participants, staff, and the wider community.

**Leadership & Quality Oversight**
- Lead on performance, quality, and continuous improvement across ASF, Skills Bootcamps, and other adult learning provision.
- Create and manage Quality Improvement Plans (QIPs) and self-assessment reports to drive excellence.
- Oversee internal and external audits, ensuring readiness for Ofsted inspections.
- Act as Centre Coordinator for awarding organisations, ensuring all compliance and documentation is in place.
- Support sub-contractor monitoring and performance to ensure consistent delivery standards.

**Teaching, Learning & Curriculum Development**:

- Monitor and improve the quality of teaching, learning, and assessment to meet Ofsted EIF standards.
- Support curriculum design and ensure alignment with both local and national skills needs.
- Oversee lesson observations, provide constructive feedback, and drive professional development for trainers and delivery staff.
- Champion innovative, digital-first delivery models to increase efficiency and learner engagement.

**Compliance & Performance Monitoring**:

- Ensure adherence to ESFA, awarding body, and funding requirements.
- Use data insights to identify gaps, monitor progress, and drive performance improvements.
- Lead safeguarding and ensure careers advice and guidance (IAG) meets the Matrix Standard.

**Collaboration & Engagement**:

- Work closely with Contract Managers, trainers, and operational teams to ensure programmes meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with employers, partners, and stakeholders to support learner progression routes.
- Promote a positive, collaborative culture that inspires colleagues to take responsibility and pride in their work.

**Who we seek**:
We’re looking for a detail-driven quality professional with a proven track record in education and skills provision, and a passion for maintaining excellence.

**You bring**:

- ** Qualifications**: Minimum Level 3; DET/Level 5 EAT or equivalent; IQA and assessing qualifications.
- ** Experience**: 5+ years in the skills sector with 3+ years managing quality methodologies and improvements.
- ** Knowledge**: Strong understanding of ASF, Skills Bootcamp funding rules, Ofsted EIF, and full training delivery cycles.
- ** Skills**: Excellent leadership, coaching, organisation, and communication skills, with the resilience to manage challenges effectively.
- ** Mindset**: Ambitious, innovative, and committed to making a measurable difference.
