Company Description
We are currently recruiting for an Administrator, working across all Culina Group business units supporting the IT Management Team and wider IT Department. The Administrator role will suit someone coming from an existing administrative role looking to gain more exposure into IT in a fast paced growing business.
**Shift**: Monday - Friday
**Job Description**:
**The Administrators Main Responsibilities will include**:
- Providing general administrative support for the CIO and IT Directors
- Responsible for the hotel and travel bookings for the CIO and IT Directors
- Arranging and supporting IT meetings, calls and IT conferences, including booking meeting rooms, arranging lunches and refreshments
- Supporting the creation of meeting agendas and taking minutes and actions
- Taking general calls and enquires for the IT department and transferring as necessary
- Preparing documents, memos and presentations
- Support the purchasing of general office supplies
- Supporting the Procurement function during busy times and covering in the event of holiday and/or sickness. Duties will include raising purchase orders, managing/processing invoices
- Occasional travel between sites as needed
**Qualifications**:
**Key Skills and Experience**:
- Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel and PowerPoint
- Attention to detail and analytical approach
- Excellent English language skills, dealing with telephone calls
- Flexible and adaptable approach to working in order to meet the requirements of the business
