Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Bar & Restaurant supervisor to join our team. As the Bar & Restaurant supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Bar & Restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of quality and efficiency. **Duties**:

- Manage and supervise all Bar & Restaurant staff, including bartenders, servers, and barbacks
- Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for efficient bar operations
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and alcohol service regulations
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering and stock control
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate food and beverage service
- Train new staff members on bar procedures, customer service, and product knowledge
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Monitor financial performance by analyzing sales data, controlling costs, and maximizing profitability
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative ideas to enhance the bar experience

**Skills**:

- Previous experience in restaurant or hotel Bar & Restaurant management
- Strong bartending skills with knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques
- Excellent supervisory and team management abilities
- Proficient in food preparation techniques and food safety regulations
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations diplomatically
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with staff, customers, and vendors
