About the Role

As our Bar & Restaurant Supervisor, you'll oversee the daily operations of both the bar and restaurant, ensuring smooth service, efficiency, and a welcoming atmosphere for all our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support bar and restaurant staff, including bartenders, servers, and barbacks
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented environment for guests and colleagues
  • Implement and uphold standard operating procedures to ensure excellent service
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and alcohol licensing regulations
  • Manage stock control, ordering, and inventory
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to coordinate food and beverage service
  • Train and mentor new team members in customer service and bar procedures
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
  • Monitor financial performance, analyze sales trends, and support profitability goals
  • Stay informed about industry trends and contribute new ideas to enhance the guest experience

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in bar or restaurant supervision/management (hotel or pub experience a plus)
  • Strong bartending and mixology skills
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
  • Knowledge of food safety and service standards
  • A friendly, hands-on approach with a passion for great hospitality
  • Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
