We have an amazing new opportunity for a friendly and efficient receptionist, to work in a fabulous corporate office in central London.
You will become the face of the building, ensuring a professional and impeccable reception service to those working and visiting the building. You will also oversee any building issues, ensuring they are reported and managed.
You should be proactive with lots of common sense and comfortable working independently.
8.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday

**Key Responsibilities**:
**About the role**
You will provide a professional front of house reception service, with additional responsibilities:
**Reception responsibilities**
- Take ownership of the reception and ensure it always presents well
- Meeting and greeting all visitors to the building to ensure a warm welcome
- Become the friendly face and ‘go to person’ at the building
- Manage reception sign-in processes
- Managing deliveries - including couriers and post
- Develop your knowledge of the local area and maintain an amenities file with appropriate and useful information
**The Building**
- Report issues and manage contractors to ensure maintenance jobs are managed to resolution, keeping the off site building manager informed
- Take ownership of keys and passes for the building
- General Administration as required
- Produce a weekly report for key stakeholders
**Concierge/Added value responsibilities**
- Develop and implement concierge services, negotiating freebies/ offers with the local business community for the tenants
- Research and produce a monthly e-newsletter
**Skills, Knowledge and Expertise**:

- You are an experienced corporate receptionist, ready to take on a role with additional responsibilities
- Personable and proactive with a confident manner and able to deliver impeccable customer service.
- Immaculately presented
- Self-motivated and organised with the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
