We have a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified ACA, to join a market leading technology company as a Finance Analyst, working on a hybrid basis from their Reading office.

As the Finance Analyst, you will play a key role supporting some of the most complex accounting areas, helping to assist in financial reporting, balance sheet control, audit coordination and technical accounting advisory.

This superb opportunity will suit a recently qualified ACA looking to gain industry experience, within a fast paced and dynamic orgasnisation, offering an excellent range of benefits and career progression.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage audit relationships from deliverables to audit issues, from planning meeting to clearance
- Assist in the delivery of statutory accounts (FRS 101 Reporting) for all UK companies
- Provide technical advise on accounting under IFRS
- Review of critical areas ensuring timely preparation and submission of quarterly and annual budget
- Support team in preparing disclosure forms for quarter end and annual budget
- Balance Sheet reviews
- Setting plans, supporting teams, and ensuring that the process objectives are delivered on time
- Support Head of Financial Reporting on key projects

Skills & Experience:

- Qualified accountant ACA from practice
- Technical accounting / advisory skills
- Knowledge of IFRS and FRS 101
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Ability to communicate complex accounting requirements effectively
- Strong systems skills including Excel
