My client in Reading is recruiting for a Finance Analyst on a 10 month fixed term contract. This is a great opportunity for someone with forecasting/budgeting experience to join a large business with great benefits and long term opportunities

**Description**
- Lead the Month End Close process for D&A, including identification and posting of required journals, reconciliations of key P&L accounts including FIFO and Current Year manual postings, completion of monthly D&A Rec. Provide appropriate and timely reportsto the Commercial Finance Manager and TBG team.
- Own reconciliation of TPM à S4 à ANA Accruals & Settlement Report on a monthly basis, collaborate with TBG & Pep UK teams to investigate and remediate reconciliation errors.
- Support the accruals management process for D&A spend, through creation of appropriate tools and reporting for Current Year and Prior Year accruals. Facilitate meetings with key stakeholders (CPAs and BPs) to ensure accrual balances are reviewed and a releasedwhere no longer needed.
- Lead the balance sheet reconciliation process for TBG D&A, ensuring visibility and timely remediation of irregular postings. Present back to TBG CFO / Control team.
- Ownership for some key D&A controls
- Lead internal and external audit processes, liaising with both Corporate Audit and External Auditors to ensure timely closure of D&A audit.

**Profile**
- CIMA or ACCA (Part Qualified) preferred
- Advanced Excel skills, e.g. comfortable with Pivots and V-Lookups & accounting
- Strong financial planning and forecasting skills
- Good knowledge of financial systems, SAP experience preferable
- Assertive and independent with the ability to cope effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Quickly analyses complex problems to find actionable, pragmatic solutions
- Consistently works against the right priorities and takes the initiative to find ways to get better results
- Demonstrates a 'can-do' attitude and sense of passion, enjoyment and pride about their work
