The organisation can offer a salary comparative to experience, bonus scheme, care allowance, private healthcare and more great benefits below. **Your new role** This role supports the fulfilment of the Function's mission, which is to provide assurance of an effective Compliance Risk Management System and Line 2 oversight of all material outsource service providers ("OSPs") of the organisation. Responsibilities include: - Providing ongoing Risk-based assurance of overall business compliance with relevant laws, Regulations, and associated Regulatory Change, including routine and ad hoc Compliance Advisory services to the business - Performing necessary processual and analytical work on Financial Crime, Compliance Regulatory Change, Data Protection and Operational Risk - Compliance Monitoring oversight **What you'll need to succeed** - Previous experience in Compliance Monitoring, Regulatory Change and Financial Crime - Financial services background - Effective relationship management - Able to perform risk-based analysis and confidently provide appropriate advice - Owning the responsibility for outputs **What you'll get in return** - Salary comparative to experience - hybrid model, up to 50% to be worked in the office - Car Allowance - Bonus scheme - BUPA private healthcare & dental cover - Pension contribution - 27 days holiday **What you need to do now** If this job isn't quite right for you but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion on your career.
