T&K Associates have an exciting opportunity for an Office Manager to join our Client on a permanent basis in Ashby-de-la-Zouch.

You will be joining the busy Reception team working front of house for a small but highly reputable established business who have built up their name over the years within the Town. You will also be responsible for other key areas within the business includingMarketing, Compliance, Finance and Company management information.

The position is on a part time basis working approximately 25-30 hours per week, including some early evenings and occasional holiday cover.

**Office Manager Details & Benefits;**
- £14 per hour
- 25-30 hours per week
- Tuesday - Thursday (However the Client is flexible to suit the business needs)

**Office Manager Job Duties;**

Reception duties including;
- Greeting patients, booking patients in, answering phone, taking payments, assisting colleagues with paperwork such as letters and reports, liaising with intermediaries and insurance companies.
- Ensuring appropriate written, electronic and verbal correspondence between clients, practitioners and insurance companies
- Providing reports to Management regarding business performance
- Utilising IT systems to assist with the ever-changing requirements of the business
- Organising and maintaining stock
- Recruitment, induction and training of reception staff
- Updating risk assessments and policies & procedures
- Identifying, invoicing and collecting outstanding or missing payments
- Organising any Premises Management issues
- Cash handling

**Office Manager Person Specification;**
- Strong IT Skills (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook & Diary management)
- A polite, friendly and approachable manner
- Excellent communication skills - face to face, verbal & written
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise, multitask and use initiative to solve problems
- Ability to take control of situations as they arise & make appropriate decisions
- Happy to work under pressure
- Flexibility in working hours is required

Previous experience within a supervisory / managerial role is preferred although not essential.

Experience working in Administration within a medical setting would also be preferred as would a good knowledge of social media & marketing.
