**Shift Pattern**: 3 weeks on / 3 weeks off rotation

**About the Role**
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and proactive **Male Live-In Support Worker** to join our team supporting a gentleman in **Okehampton**. You’ll play a key role in helping him maintain his independence, assisting with daily routines, and offering companionship that truly makes a difference.

**About the Client**
He’s passionate about life and enjoys:
️ Motorbikes & motorbike racing
Farming, fishing & country life
Sports such as snooker, squash, badminton & darts (and watching them for hours)
Music & socialising with friends
️ Sharing stories about his adventures and life experiences

He values good company and appreciates support from someone who’s genuinely interested in his hobbies and easy to talk to.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide day-to-day support with personal care, mobility, and routines
- Assist with medication and promote independence
- Encourage engagement in hobbies, social activities, and community life
- Offer companionship, reassurance, and a listening ear
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the wider team

**Who We’re Looking For**
- Previous care or support experience (live-in or Dom care desirable)
- Compassionate, patient, and approachable personality
- Someone who enjoys conversation and shares an interest in sports or the outdoors
- Reliable, professional, and organised
- Able to commit to a 3 weeks on / 3 weeks off rota
