We are well known Healthcare group with reliable, dedicated, and professional staff within our services already We care for adults aged 19 - 60 who have learning difficulties and Mental Health issues. At Rehability UK, we are offering permanent positions with guaranteed hours and flexible shift patterns, as well as Bank Worker contracts.

Rehability UK specializes in supporting adults with complex needs (including, but not limited to, Autistic Spectrum Condition, Learning Disability, and Mental Health) to live their best possible life. We are looking for Support staff to join our Devon base residential care home where we support eight amazing individuals. Clients we care for have mild Learning disabilities and mental health issues. People we support require assistance with personal care and daily activities, they are encouraged to go out to community, cinema, theatre or wherever they wish to be. The aim is to support our clients to continue developing their key skill, being independent and active in making decisions while living in our home.

**THE ROLE**

This role include support with day-to-day tasks in the home and in the community - it may be supporting our residents going out in the morning and taking them to an activity in the afternoon. Assisting them to get ready in the morning, helping with shopping, cooking, or cleaning.

This is a great opportunity to build strong and positive relationships with brilliant adults, professionals, their families and help each of them to find further independence and confidence throughout adulthood life. You will find yourself getting stuck into fun, long walks, outdoor educational trips, and an interactive and practical hands-on activities.

The job entails supporting adults in developing key skills and continue being happy to thrive in life

You will be required to work weekends and evenings

The existing team members are passionate, dedicated, motivated and are committed in offering a safe and supportive environment to work colleagues and more importantly to each of our service users.

**NO EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED AS FULL TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED**
