Our client is looking for an experienced Technical/Customer Service Administrator to join their fantastic, busy team in Droitwitch. The company are a leading provider of outsourced technical support and maintenance services for leading global technology companies.

The key role as a Customer Service Administrator is to be part of a team responsible for delivering exceptional service to customers and continually exceed their expectations.
**The Role**:

- Answering and directing customer calls and logging them onto a system
- Processing sale orders
- Updating customers and clients on the status of their enquiries
- General administration duties

**Skills**:

- Technical Support experience is essential for this role
- Excellent telephone manner
- Confident IT user with experience of Microsoft Office
- Can work to deadlines and multitask
- Ability to build a rapport with customers and engineers over the phone
- Works well under pressure and has a ‘‘Can do’’ attitude
