**Five Star Holiday Village seeks friendly and enthusiastic Guest Experience Assistant to join a busy, customer focused central reservations contact centre.**

We have fantastic opportunities available for highly motivated individual, with a passion for customer service, to join our Reservations team as Guest Experience Assistant.

**The successful Guest Experience Assistant will be required to**:

- Take a high volume of inbound enquiries for all areas across the village, and follow through to secure bookings for all aspects of our guest’s stay
- Confidently pass on their knowledge of the Village, its facilities and accommodation to our guests, ensuring each and every guest has a 5* experience
- Make outbound calls to future guests and assist them to pre book on-site activities and facilities
- Have an awareness of the department’s sales figures
- Share your knowledge and passion for spa treatments to maximize our guest’s spa experience and take a high volume of inbound calls and guide guests in booking the perfect treatment for them
- Support the reception team, when required, to ensure a smooth guest experience at our Main Reception

**Availability**:We currently have one part time (25 hours per week over 3 days) position available. Shift patterns include weekends, mid-week, early mornings and evenings. The ability to cover afternoon, evening and weekend shifts is an essential requirement for the position.

The department is open 7 days a week, 365 days a year, shift times vary between 8am and 8pm throughout the mid-week and 8am-6pm Saturday and Sunday. This role is office based within Ribby Hall Village.
