We are looking to hire a part time Retail assistant to join our team here at Flowertime & The Big Pink Tree - Hayle.

Your normal working days would be Saturday & Wednesday.
Minimum of 12 hours per week, plus extra hours to cover holidays and over the peak periods.

The successful applicants must have excellent customer service skills and be willing to go the extra mile to provide our shoppers with an outstanding experience.
In this role you will develop your knowledge of our super range of products, ranging from the finest local crafts, to our wonderful range of flowers from across the world.
The main duties undertaken in these roles include;
- Serving customers/ Till operation / Taking phone orders and working in all sections of our store.
- Restocking shop floor / stock rotation
- Quality control of fresh products and replenishment
- Working as part of a team and maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere when working with colleagues and customers.
- Keeping the shop clean and tidy

You would ideally have previous experience working in a busy retail/ customer service environment.

Some experience of fresh flowers, gifts would be beneficial.

A Full Clean UK Driving licence would be beneficial.

For the right person there is always opportunities to learn new skills and progress.

The roles are offered on a permanent basis once completing a trial period.
