Print Process Specialist

Our team of Process specialist are required to supply plant team members with knowledge and know how to carry out their roles diligently and consistently across all shift patters, in order to operate their equipment proficiently, and control the quality of the product within the specified specification.
Main tasks include
- Identify process improvement to reduce waste / Increase productibility & develop the operators knowledge and know-how of their process the best it can be
- Create SOP’s to support best practices, and train out to the recipient
- Update documentation as required for process change conditions, and retrain change points to team
- Recognise and action process improvements as identified by other, and see through to fruition
- Gain strong process knowledge of assigned training area, and develop a wider appreciation and knowledge of the entire production are in sort of others as required
- Infrequent process cover in the absence of the holiday and absence covering person
- Plant induction to process liaison person. Be the go to person for new starters and support with the phasing in to support and develop process / plant / people requirements introduction
- Comply and promote BRCGS & ISO standards in accordance to the regulations. Challenge poor practice and support / guide others to achieve set standards
- Define and train out job change requirements, to aid a smooth and efficient transition
- Work with the CI to define how the process and equipment management should be / look, and document - train out requirements
- Identify critical process points for confirmation and support the shift managers / team leader of confirmation / Validation
- Statutory Inspections and internal standards are defines (process specific), with process adjustment defined and document as required
- Understanding of the materials required within the process and the control of them
- Work with other departs as the central point of communication for all process changes
- Support the maintenance events within the assigned area, in the execution of the tasks
- Support the engineering proactive lead in the creation of the PPM documentation (Know how)
- Lead by example and endeavour to do the right thing
- Develop a presence of helpfulness and create a position of support to others
- Innovative thinking to strive for better
