**The Opportunity**:
We have an opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join our growing business. LaneSystems
Ltd have successfully provided IT support, management services and solutions to SMEs in the
department and work closely together with the other departments.
Key Tasks include but are not limited to:

- Prepare Sales invoices, while checking our CRM systems to ensure accurate pricing.
- Code and process Purchase invoices.
- Credit control and banking of receipts.
- Maintain Ledger accounts and dispute management.
- Update and maintain company systems and databases.
- Produce required management reports
- Other ad hoc duties to assist the accounts department.

Skills and knowledge required:

- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Experience of working with Sage 50 accounts.
- Proficient in working with Microsoft Office, in particular Microsoft Excel, and with an aptitude to learn new software and systems.
- Professional accountancy qualifications are welcome.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise workloads.
- Excellent communication and numeracy skills.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- A positive attitude with a proactive approach.
- The ability to work individually as well as part of a wider team.

**The Package**:
Salary of up to £24,000 per annum | Healthcare package | On-site parking | Stakeholder
Pension|8-hour shift, 40-hour week | Monday to Friday.
