Excel Housing Solutions is seeking x2 **Recovery Support Workers** to join our expanding team
Role 1 -12 hours per week - x2 6 hour shifts per week
Role 2 - 18 hours per week - x3 6 hour shifts per week

About the Role
This is a hands-on, rewarding role where no two days are the same. You’ll be working directly with individuals to:
- Develop, monitor, and review personalised support plans
- Advocate for clients and support engagement with statutory and community services
- Offer both practical and emotional support tailored to individual needs
- Support safeguarding procedures and promote wellbeing
- Maintain accurate, confidential records in line with policies
You’ll also attend meetings, contribute to team development, and help ensure every person we support is treated with dignity, compassion, and respect.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.60 per hour
