We’re looking for a detail-oriented **Accounts Administrator** to support our Finance team with day-to-day accounting activities on a **3-month contract**. You’ll play an important role in ensuring financial transactions are processed accurately and efficiently, helping maintain smooth operations across accounts payable, receivable, and general finance administration.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Processing purchase invoices and employee expenses.
- Reconciling supplier statements and following up on outstanding items.
- Assisting with general ledger maintenance for customers and vendors.
- Maintaining accurate financial records and filing documentation.
- Supporting month-end closing processes.
- Assisting with ad hoc finance and administrative tasks as required.

**The essentials**:

- Previous experience in an accounts or finance administration role.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting systems (e.g., Sage, Xero, or similar).
- Strong numeracy and accuracy skills.
