**The Role**:
To contribute to excellent service levels and ensure they continue to exceed our target.

Ensure all drivers are debriefed and customer information and stock returns are captured.

Coach and develop driver knowledge and understanding of credits and contribute to developing a customer oriented, solutions-focused team culture.

**Duties, Responsibilities and Key Task**:

- Demonstrate a positive, customer-focused, and professional approach.

- Demonstrates professionalism and deliver an awesome customer experience to both internal and external customers.
- Contribute ideas and share knowledge that will contribute to innovative ways of working that improve company performance and employee engagement in line with the business strategy.
- Ensure all drivers debrief and de-kit is completed in a timely fashion and recorded with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ensure accurate recording of return of Company equipment, cages, totes etc.
- Support transport administrative processes including credit input,
- Ensure prompt and satisfactory communication with customers and colleagues regarding transport and delivery matters.
- Ensure that the vehicle fleet appearance is in line with company policy and customer expectations.
- Contribute ideas and share knowledge that will contribute to innovative ways of working that improve company performance and employee engagement in line with the business strategy, and within the departmental budget.
- Read, understand, and ensure drivers adhere to the Drivers Handbook guidelines and SSW’s at all times.
- Demonstrate commitment to and support our Environmental, Social and Governance goals in how daily tasks and responsibilities are carried out.
- Actively promote a food safety culture through sharing knowledge and expertise.
- Share and promote best practice and adherence to Cyber essentials standards.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- To disclose any evidence of product safety, legality, quality, or integrity issues.
- To report all accidents and promote best practices in Health and Safety and contribute to ensuring a safe working environment for all employees, workers, and visitors on site.

**Essential**
- Strong I.T and administration skills, Numeracy, and a good level of English.
- Customer Service Focus, Excellent communication, interpersonal, relationship building, and stakeholder management skills.
- An action-oriented individual, who is solutions focussed, can manage multiple priorities, and deliver results on time.
- A good team player, with attention to detail and good problem-solving skills that follows processes in place and participates in sharing ideas for improvements.
- Experience working within a transport administration or debrief role, ideally gained within a temperature-controlled operation.
- Experience or knowledge of Health & Safety, Food Safety, HACCP Procedures.
- Coaching, mentoring, and team-building skills
