We are currently looking for a sales ledger clerk, to support our ever-growing business within the wholesale sector.

We are well established in the UK for our imported sea fish products, working within the UK's largest fish markets.

Current Role includes:

- Creating sales orders
- Invoice conversion
- Payment allocation
- Uploading scanned documents into the systems
- System monitoring
- Chasing overdue customers payments
- Account balancing (sales and purchase ledger)
- Month sales statement issue
- Monthly purchase statement request
- Communicate with staff for weekly price updates
- Occasional sales
- V AT submission (quarterly)
- P and L and Balance sheet estimate on request
- General admin duties include answering the phones, scanning, and general filing

Excellent communication is key for this role as this is an ever-changing position.
