Temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk

Grafton Banks Finance are actively supporting a global, commercial business with offices in Brighton. As a temporary ‘Purchase Ledger Clerk’ your role will be reporting to the AP/AR Manager and focussing on supporting the P2P process and support the transactionalfunction in a range of duties.
Responsibilities may include:
- Processing invoices
- Bank Reconciliations
- Daily support and monitoring of the AP mailbox
- Liaising with internal and external contact to resolve queries
- Reviewing and processing invoices
- Supporting any queries or audits
- Liaising across the business on matters where required
- Processing payments
- Ad hoc tasks across the finance function
Desired experience/skills:
- Experience working within a fast-paced AP function with the ability to process high-volume/value invoices and cash books.
- Strong IT skills (Excel and relevant accountancy systems)
- Strong communication skills
