**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- To liaise with operations colleagues regarding the daily requirements of order fulfilment to ensure adequate trained resource to fulfil customer orders.
- To proactively liaise with colleagues across the business to ensure joined up and efficient processing of orders and replenishment.
- To monitor and control work flow and advise of any exposure regarding potential failure.
- To be fully conversant with the AWS and dispatch system procedures and carrier interfaces.
- Responsible for advising relevant people across the business if the team is not in a position to meet despatch deadlines in order that appropriate action can be taken.
- To ensure that the working environment is maintained to the high standard of housekeeping required at all times and is suitable and sufficient in size to accommodate efficient working
- To be accountable throughout the day for ensuring resource is allocated in line workload and to advise supervision and other team leaders of any shortfalls, bottlenecks or work flow issues
- To be responsible for investigating all queries and errors reported under your control.
- To be responsible for ensuring all team members receive appropriate training and that it is properly documented.
- To observe all Health & Safety Regulations and immediately inform the Company’s health & Safety Manager, or in his absence, the Operations Director of any potentially hazardous situations.
- To participate in all relevant Quality Programs and assist, as required, in Quality initiatives, including ISO 9002.
- Necessary to take advantage of any training programs considered to be necessary to the Company.
- To promote a positive and progressive attitude in all work activities.
- To work within the Company as a team member and not limit work to any particular discipline or function.
- To adhere to the rules and regulations of the Company as outlined in the Employee Handbook.

**Skills Required**:

- Great organisational and planning
- Excellent communicator
- Good knowledge of Microsoft programmes
- Great leadership & team working
- Understanding of GDP
