**Job Purpose**: The Trainee Estimator will be responsible for assisting in the production of robust estimates which win work, whilst minimizing risk to the business.

Main duties and responsibilities
- Downloading, and organizing enquiries into the business standard procedure
- Communicates and negotiates with clients at appropriate levels
- Liaises with the buying department/suppliers to build and maintain excellent and sustainable relationships with clients’ procurements teams.
- Assessment of enquiry information, and measurement of drawings
- Converts clients’ scope documents into logically organized bills of quantities.
- Drives opportunity for enhanced margin
- Acts in accordance with the Measom values and as a role model for other company staff

**Qualifications: -**
- GCSE Maths and English (grades A* - B)
- A-Levels (grades A* - C)
- Driving License and car owner
- Microsoft Office proficient

**Experience: -**
- Trainee Estimator - None required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £16,000.00 per year
