**BANK Rehabilitation & Wellbeing Support Worker - **S**upporting individuals who are impacted by mental illness.**

**Rethink Mental Illness are hiring BANK Support Workers to join our Community Rehabilitation Service - Rethink & Second Step - Somerset - Field Based**

**If you are looking to work more flexibly BANK work could be ideal for you - you may be retired, looking to do additional shifts around your current role or would like to work around your family commitments.**

**As a bank worker you will work flexibly - as and when required by the service.**

We are creating a new Community Rehabilitation Team, which will specialise in working with people with longer-term mental health support needs. The service will offer specialist rehabilitation assessment, support, and assistance to people with more complex mental health problems.

Our aim is to reach all of Somerset’s communities and to ensure we do this, we have developed strong links with a range of organisations across the county.

We offer the opportunity to visit the service to observe the work we do and talk about a day in the life of a Support Worker with the Service Manager - this gives you the opportunity to really explore the work we do as an organisation and insight of the work you will be part of.
