**Support Worker - Wells**
- **Must live locally to the Somerset/Bristol area.**
**SPONSORSHIP AVAILABLE UPON SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF PROBATION PERIOD** - We are looking to sponsor people currently living in the UK on either a Student, Tier 4, Dependents or Workers visa.**
**We are looking for Support Workers to support our services in the Wells and Chewton Mendip areas. We want someone who really wants to make a difference and is looking for something rewarding with no 2 days being the same The people we support like to be busy and we are looking for an individual who will support them with a variety of activities.**
**Requirements for Support Worker**
- Full UK Driving Licence (manual vehicles)
- Commitment, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
- Sufficient experience in the care sector
- Basic IT skills
- Able to work flexibly to reflect the needs of the service (evenings, weekends & bank holidays)
**Responsibilities of a Support worker**
- To ensure the people we support receive care appropriate to their individual needs
- To participate in activities of their choice
- To support the individual with all aspects of daily living
- Where necessary, to carry out personal care/ medication
- To attend all mandatory training
