**Company Overview**

Boutros Bear is a digital health venture on a mission to help individuals and organisations better manage chronic illness, starting first in cancer and expanding rapidly into other therapeutic areas.

Our platform currently consists of our flagship Cancer Rehabilitation programme that has been designed with a team of scientific and clinical experts and patient advocates. Using behavioural science insights, our 12-week programme helps individuals recover faster and adopt long-lasting healthy habits after cancer treatment. Boutros Bear also provides e-training services for employers to better support individuals in their return to work after chronic illness.

Boutros Bear is looking for a Head of Operations & Strategy to launch and grow the business in the UK and abroad and manage a growing team. We are expanding into various verticals in the chronic care space and your role will be to handle the daily operations of the company, liaising directly with the company CEO to help plan and execute various product launches and coordinate between teams.

Responsibilities for this role include:

- Collaborating with senior management to formulate strategies for growing the business including route-to-market strategies, commercial partnerships, pricing and revenue models, and new market access
- Business development to target the employer health and benefits industry
- Overseeing implementation of technical product roadmaps and project manage the team to meet key milestones for program development, launch, and daily operations
- Implementation of efficient processes and standards within the team
- Managing contracts and relationships with customers, vendors, partners, and other key stakeholders related to the company
- Help with job scoping and hiring within the company
**Skills/Experience/Qualifications**

Required:

- 7 - 10 years professional experience in the healthcare space, preferably within digital health and/or consulting
- Knowledge of the employer health & benefits space, especially as related to population health strategies or chronic disease management
- Prior experience building and/or growing early stage digital health startups within a senior manager, business development, or commercial role
- Project management experience and ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders at a time
- Degree in business administration, operations management or life sciences
Desired:

- Post-graduate degree such as a MBA or preferably within a multidisciplinary field combining business management, innovation/entrepreneurship, and healthcare/life sciences
- Prior experience raising venture capital funds within early stage start-ups
- Experience working in/partnering with pharmaceutical companies for commercialisation of digital health products
