We are now taking on addition Food and Beverage Supervisor in our Food and Beverage Department which includes the bar, restaurant (breakfast and dinner), room service and meeting and events.
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
- To supervise the team on duty to ensure they complete all duties and tasks and to ensure our guests receive the best possible guest experience.
- To assist the manager in all areas of the Food and Beverage Department.
- Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way.
- Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards.
- Have knowledge of beverage lists and promotions.
- Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
- Other duties as assigned.

Work Experience
- Previous experience in similar roles is preferable.
- Friendly, approachable with excellent customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
- Strong team player and positive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Essential to be flexible with working hours.
- Must already have the right to work in the UK.
