Progression and development is something we strongly believe in at B&M and we have an exciting new role for an experienced Regional Learning Partner to join us as we continue to grow. You will be responsible for delivering our Management Development Programmes,enabling our teams across the UK to reach their full potential.

You'll ideally be Midlands/Southern based as this role will include extensive travel to cover our expanding network. If you have a genuine passion for training, you’re driven by development and most of all motivated by people engagement, then this couldbe your perfect role.

**As a Regional Learning Partner you will**:

- Research and design appropriate materials for management development training
- Produce training materials for in-house courses
- Be responsible for identifying our training and development needs on an ongoing basis
- Monitor the progress of trainees, as well as assessing the effectiveness of training
- Support training by developing, delivering & assessing, either on a 121 basis or in groups
- Keep up to date with developing internal and external trends

**The Skills/Experience required are**:

- Experience of delivering Management Development training - within a retail or hospitality/fast paced environment
- Effective communication skills both written & verbal
- An energetic & enthusiastic presenter, able to fully engage their audience
- Organised with good planning skills to manage your time, meet deadlines/objectives
- Strong team working skills & a collaborative approach to learning
- Flexible approach with a positive, can-do attitude
