This is a great opportunity for an experienced IT Business Partner to join a global manufacturing business and lead regional projects across the UK and Benelux.

This role sits between IT and the rest of the business and requires a good negotiator and strategic thinker.

Due to the nature of the position, there is frequent travel involved to UK and Benelux locations.

Main duties:

- Define IT Strategy and lead regional projects
- Build Business Cases, obtain funding approval for them and work with Group IT to resource for projects
- Operational IT Management
- OPEX budget creation, forecasting and tracking

Required skills and experience:

- Business Partner/Business Relationship Manager experience as part of a multi business company/global business
- Ability to communicate complex problems to non-IT colleagues in a non-technical and simplified manner and translate this back to technical specialists
- Ability to build and maintain key business relationships with internal and external business stakeholders
- Team development and management experience
