**About us**

We're a well-established mail order performance car parts company which has been running for over 20 years. We’ve recently extended premises into the EU and we’re looking for a high-calibre digital marketing specialist with an additonal interest for content creation to join our ever-growing team.

- Excellent oral & written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, quality, and accuracy imperative
- Expert knowledge across Adwords, Google Adsense, DoubleClick, AWIN, Google Analytics
- Extensive knowledge in advertising across all social media platforms
- Solid Excel proficiency
- Able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Growth mindset, focused on pushing the boundaries.
- Experience in video and photo production techniques, equipment, and software, including camera operation, lighting, sound recording, and post-production editing.
- Organised, keeping content labelled and stored efficiently for future use by you and other teams.
- Ability to direct employees/collaborators in shoots
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) or Final Cut Pro.
- Passion for the automotive industry is a plus but not essential.

**Responsibilities**
- Plan and execute all digital marketing.
- Experience in Google Merchant Centre and shopping feed optimisation.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (traffic, CVR, CPA, ROAS and Cost per first order)
- Support annual and monthly planning with robust recommendations based on insight and ambition.
- Work with media agencies and internal teams to manage in month planning and forecasting across digital channels.
- Experience analysing performance in UA and GA.
- Report weekly and monthly on campaign performance, insight, and channel level activity.
- Regularly review competitor activity and deliver a competitive advantage through targeting, creative and channel mix.
- Identify trends and insights in digital marketing and use these to optimise spend and performance.
- Use a range of analytics tools to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Management and measurement of digital and website performance
- Harness data within GDPR guidelines to increase relevancy and efficacy of our targeting.
- Maintain GDPR Compliance across all our digital acquisition activity including tracking technology.
- Research and recommend ad concepts and experiments for all priority channels, all placement types and all stages of the conversion funnel.
- Shoot and edit scroll-stopping content
- Manage the continuous content production pipeline, keeping it filled with new ads for all channels at all times.
- React to creative reporting and analysis to produce new and improved ad variations

General hours are Mon - Fri 9am - 5.30pm

**Salary**: £35,000
