We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Operative to join our busy team working on the night shift, working 40 hours per week, from Monday to Thursday on 10-hour shifts.

**Key Areas of Responsibility**
- Working as part of the Finished Goods team, you will be responsible for:

- Taking delivery of goods, stock and supplies.
- Storing of goods.
- Preparation of stock for dispatch.
- Loading of stock by hand or forklift.
- Keeping records of stock.
- Assisting with stock taking.
- Keeping the Warehouse and work area clean and tidy.
- Loading and unloading of goods from the vehicle.
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with other internal departments to achieve accurate and timely delivery of products.
- Work as a full team member by carrying out any other duties which may reasonably be requested of the role when required.
- Undertake all duties in such a manner as to comply with Health & Safety and security procedures and guidelines.

**Experience, Skills and Knowledge**
- Good general level of education.
- Prior experience of working as a Warehouse Operative or stores/distribution function.
- Certification to operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery is essential.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Time management skills and the ability to assess and manage priorities.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure.
- Diligent attention to detail.
- Good numeracy skills.
- Flexible and adaptable.
- Understanding of Warehouse processes.
- Understanding of Health and Safety and security procedures.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft software, particularly Word and Excel.
