**1. POSITION IDENTIFICATION**:
**Title**: Warehouse Operative

**Reports to**:Warehouse Team Leader

**Working alongside**: Warehouse Operatives, Warehouse Team Leaders

**2. RESULT STATEMENT**:
The Warehouse Operative is responsible for executing various tasks within the warehouse, such as picking orders, packing goods, loading and unloading delivery vehicles, and maintaining inventory accuracy. Their work directly impacts the efficiency and effectiveness of the warehouse operations.

**3. WORK LISTING**:
**Order Processing and Goods Out**:
Picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment according to customer orders and company procedures.

**Inventory Management and Goods In**:
Receiving and verifying incoming goods, performing inventory counts, maintaining accurate stock levels, and reporting any discrepancies or damaged goods.

**Loading and Unloading**:
Safely and efficiently loading and unloading goods from delivery vehicles.

**Equipment Operation**:
Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or conveyor systems, following safety protocols.

**Warehouse Maintenance**:
Keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and safe, while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Pay: From £25,000.00 per year
