**What You'll Do**:

- **Deliver outstanding customer service**: Efficiently process orders, quotations, and inquiries, ensuring a seamless experience for our valued clients.
- **Build strong relationships**: Cultivate positive relationships with customers and suppliers and proactively identify new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
- **Sales**: Generate new customer accounts and reactivate dormant accounts to maximize revenue generation. Earn generous commissions on your success

**What You'll Bring**:

- **Excellent communication skills**: Communicate effectively and professionally with customers, suppliers and colleagues, both verbally and in writing.
- **A knack for building rapport**: Easily build relationships with clients at all levels, fostering trust and long-term business.
- **Negotiating**: Not only will you be able to confidently and succesfully negotiate with customers on a £100 WiFi solution or a rollout of £50k worth of power cables, you will also need to be able to negotiate and bargain with our highly regarded suppliers. This, according to staff past and present, can offer a bit of a buzz
- **Prior experience**: Experience in B2B sales and/or knowledge of IT, networking or electrical is not necessary but would be highly advantageous.
